Meet Nicole
Nicole founded Torino Property Group with a simple belief: real estate should create opportunities that benefit everyone involved.
Her passion for real estate began long before launching the company. Early in her career, she worked in escrow, managing the allocation of funds for real estate transactions. That role required precision, organization, and a commitment to protecting the interests of buyers, sellers, and lenders alike. It also gave her a behind-the-scenes understanding of what it takes to bring successful transactions from contract to closing.
Nicole later earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Florida Atlantic University. Her education strengthened the business foundation she continues to apply today, combining strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach to real estate investing.
Today, Nicole owns and personally manages the company's rental properties, giving her firsthand experience with the responsibilities that come after closing. From working with residents to maintaining properties and planning for long-term success, she believes great investments are built through consistent care, thoughtful decisions, and attention to detail.
As Torino Property Group grows, Nicole is focused on acquiring residential and multifamily properties, expanding into renovation projects, and creating opportunities for private investors who want to build wealth through real estate. Every opportunity is approached with careful planning, transparency, and a commitment to doing what is right—not simply what is easiest.
Outside of business, Nicole is passionate about helping young people build brighter futures. She mentors local high school students by helping them navigate college admissions, identify scholarship opportunities, and develop financial literacy skills that empower them to make confident financial decisions.
For Nicole, real estate is more than an investment strategy. It's a way to serve others, strengthen communities, and build lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and shared success.
